Right of Cancellation (30-Day Withdrawal Right)

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days after receiving their order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us within the 30-day period by email at:

Conditions for Withdrawal

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

Withdrawal is not accepted for items returned in visibly worn or damaged condition.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

A tracked shipping service is recommended.

Commoventi is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To make a return, please follow these steps:

Include:

- Your order number

- Reason for the return

- Photos if relevant

Once approved, return the item to:

After the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Processing Time

Complaints are reviewed within 2–5 business days.

If the complaint is approved, we will offer:

A replacement (if available), or

A refund
